I got the fabric at where else, Wal-Mart a couple years ago. I think I've seen it there this year though..... I had about three yards of fabric. I just cut it into four lengths, sewed them together, pleated/gathered the skirt onto a waist band, put in the zipper and finshed the edges with bias tape. It only took me about an hour and a half!=)
