hey katy sue- regarding your post at my blog about the biscuits. Hmmm, I don't know what happened. the recipe is NOT mine but one I got from Cooks Illustrated. I just added in the chocolate. Maybe I should change the directions on their recipe? Like 10 to 15 minutes on the 2nd cooking time? Think that will help?
