I may have become addicted to Angry Birds online (as I am lame and don't have an iPod/pad/touch screen thingy of any sort to play it on!).....

I may be ALL DONE with my late spring/summer/early fall gift shopping (Thank you Mr. Tax return!).....

Mothers day, Moms birthday, three little sisters birthdays, little brothers birthday, Fathers Day! Now, where to hide all of these boxes.....? =)

My favorite lip stuff EVER was Chap Stick Lip Balm Vanilla Raspberry , but they very rudely discontinued it! I almost bought a case of 15 for $35 but didn't, now it's all gone and I am very sad. I have been searching for it for years, and I'm not alone, there are support groups and blog posts about others who miss this wonderful product, but alas they have yet to bring it back.....

I couldn't even find a product that came anywhere close...until now!

Soooo.....

.....if you loved this.....

....you'll be excited to know this is almost the same! Two things are different, the scent/flavor is weaker and it's way smoother! Which I don't know about you, but I really like a smooth applying chap stick. I am very excited that I've found a replacement for my favorite chap stick! =)

.....now of I could just find some decent cinnamon swirl ice cream.....but that's another story!=)

Old Man River

This is a clip from the movie Till the Clouds Roll By, I don't remember much about the movie except this part, it didn't seem to fit in very well into the plot..... anyway this is my favorite version of Old Man River!(It has nothing to do with the fact it's sung by a young Frank Sinatra in a white suit......nothing at all I tell you!!) They managed such wonderful routines in these old musicals, they are even more amazing when you realize they did it all without the aid of computers and such. =)

I've rather conveniently forgotten  about the music challenge for the last few days and as the questions from here on out are rather repetitive and I'm just plain tired of it, I will admit defeat and finish it all up today.....ready?

I like music, almost all kinds, rock, country, pop, oldies, crooners, soundtracks, Christian, instrumentals, indie bands.....about the only genre I don't follow is rap, I hate it when you can't understand the lyrics, the Christian rap is better, but it's still pretty bad! So there you have the next 2 weeks of posts in a nut shell!

Yes, more food! Food will be a regular participant in these posts as I am a big fan! As a chai fanatic I have been searching high and low for the perfect blend of spicy-milky-teay goodness. I have finally found the PERFECT cup of chai, hot or cold! (Hmm, blogger does not like the word chai!) I put off trying the wet mix(Boy that sounds yucky doesn't it? Wet mix, no wonder I hesitated to try it!) I finally tried the dry mix and it was okay, but tasted of dry milk which was off putting.

Then I saw the three pack of the wet mix at Costco and decided to go ahead and try it. Boy, am I happy we did! I've got my Mom and sister both hooked on it too, though I'm pretty sure I am responsible for the lions share of consumption! If you are a fellow chai fan and can get your hands on this mix, you will not be disappointed!
